"...I am married, almost 15 years (2006). I met my husband in Beagle, KS, far smaller than Newton. I was a schoolteacher 2 years and in the ministry 21. I served in education ministry before I went to seminary in 1988 and received a Master of Divinity in 1990. I served as a pastor for 14c and 1/2 years... I have renewed my teacher’s certificate and hope to teach fulltime. As a United Methodist Pastor, the moving around so often was hard anyway. My son is 13 and ½ my daughter is 11 and ½ almost. We now live in Osawatomie, KS. We are near my husband’s home farm and he went to high school here. He has a Master’s Degree in Multi Media Journalism but had several strokes. He is mobile, but has trouble concentrating and having enough energy to get through the day. He became disabled at age 39..."
